The Minnesota Women's Cannabusiness Network (MWCN) connects women entrepreneurs, executives, workers, and advocates involved in Minnesota's cannabis industry with opportunities, resources, and exposure to grow successful businesses, careers, and leadership.

Women in the cannabis industry are facing many of the same challenges as they are in every other industry--namely, under-representation. The Minnesota Women's Cannabusiness Association serves as a platform and venue for women to build relationships, access education and professional development opportunities, and grow their power and influence.
